Kevin Warren

Kevin is a Principal and majority shareholder in Warren Private. Kevin has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate investment, taxation and accountancy. He began his career as an Inspector with the Irish Revenue Commissioners, subsequently moving to PWC in Dublin in 1980, where he served as a tax partner for seven years. He founded Warren & Partners, a private client tax practice, in 1994 and founded Warren Private in 2002. Kevin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and achieved first place in the final exams of the Irish Taxation Institute in 1980. He also achieved first place in the exams of the Institute of Public Administration in 1978.
Kevin is responsible for managing the overall business and client relationships.
David Kelleher

David is a Principal and shareholder in Warren Private. David joined Warren Private in 2005 from Bank of Ireland Private Banking, where he spent three years as Head of Business Development. Previously, he spent 12 years working in a number of different lending and business development roles within Ulster Bank Business and Corporate Banking. This included time working as a lender in Ulster Bank’s Corporate Property Division, providing investment and development finance for large-scale Irish property investors and developers.
David is responsible for originating and leading new development land and residential property transactions in Ireland, the UK and Europe. David also has overall responsibility for Warren Private’s equity raising function.
Niall Tuite

Niall is a Principal and shareholder in Warren Private. Niall has over 20 years of varied lending experience and joined Warren Private in May 2012 from Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (formerly Anglo Irish Bank), where he spent almost 8 years. In Anglo/IBRC, Niall established and headed up the bank’s dedicated NAMA Unit, which managed circa €35bn of loans for NAMA. Previously, Niall gained broad experience in a variety of lending roles in Ulster Bank and AIB Group spanning the SME, large corporates/plcs and property finance sectors.
Niall is responsible for originating and leading new property transactions in the USA. Niall also manages Warren Private's existing loan portfolio, and provides debt advisory services to businesses and non-consumer clients.
Mark O'Brien

Mark is a Director in Warren Private. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Mark is also a Qualified Financial Advisor. Mark joined Warren Private in 2005 from KPMG Corporate Finance, where he spent six years as a manager in the M&A, project finance and valuations division. In this role, Mark was responsible for the financial structuring and management of private equity investments, M&A transactions and advisory projects for companies in a variety of industries.
Mark is responsible for the due diligence and structuring of all transactions, and for the transaction and post acquisition management of non-US projects. Mark is also responsible for originating bank debt on all non-US projects, and for managing Warren Private’s non-US banking relationships.
Alan Horgan

Alan is a Director in Warren Private. Alan is a qualified Certified Public Accountant. Alan joined Warren Private in 2007 from AIB Private Banking, where he spent four years structuring property, equity and alternate investments for the bank’s high net worth client base. During his time in AIB, Alan also worked as a lender on a portfolio of property loans which included being responsible for the management of the credit process.
Alan is responsible for originating and the transaction management of new property acquisitions in the USA. Alan is also responsible for the development of local US joint venture relationships. In addition, Alan manages Warren Private’s existing loan portfolio and debt advisory mandates.
Claire Bird
Investor Relations Manager | BA (Hons)
Claire joined Warren Private in 2004 and is in charge of investor communications within the firm. In particular, Claire is responsible for corresponding with clients in relation to our existing property portfolio and for compliance matters in relation to new clients. She also maintains our client database and manages our investor marketing initiatives.
